FEATURES:
- Cotton floral harness, interfaced with fusing for structure, and accented with a crinkled antique rose taffeta ruffle. Velcro closure at neck and chest, gold D-ring for leash attachment, and decorative bow & gold "handmade" metal tag at center front neckline.
