FEATURES:
- Handmade, black and white French script imported white linen harness vest. Lined in contrast, with pale pink brushed cotton, interfaced with fusing for structure, a D-ring for leash attachment, grosgrain ribbon along the back, with a pretty English lace ruffle. A decorative black bow & gold "handmade" metal tag at the center front neckline also adds some interest. Secure, velcro closures at the neck and belly for easy dressing, adjustability, and removal.
