By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to follow the terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website. Roxy and Lulu ® reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms, at any time. Your continued use of this website after the posting of the changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Please contact us if you have any questions about the following Terms.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Roxy and Lulu ® attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Roxy and Lulu ® is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and ask for either a credit or an exchange for something similar. With the exception of our Swarovski® Crystal Canine Collars which are custom made.

RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION

Roxy and Lulu® offers it’s merchandise for sale through the following methods of distribution: Authorized Distributors and Selected Retailers and Internet, through www.roxyandlulu.com.

To become an authorized distributor, retailer or agent, please contact us at: lucy@roxyandlulu.com WHOLESALE PRICING All our prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to prevent errors, mistakes may occur, and we reserve the right to make corrections without notice.

All Canadian orders must be a minimum of $200.00 USD.

All US orders must be a minimum of $250.00 USD.

All International orders must be a minimum of $300.00 USD.

Shipping, applicable taxes, Duity and Carrier charges are extra, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PAYMENT (PAYPAL)

Roxy and Lulu ® must obtain full payment for products prior to shipment. All Online orders are Pre-paid via PayPal’s Secure site to: lucy@roxyandlulu.com Credit card payments are processed via the secure PayPal site. You are no longer required to open a Paypal account to complete your credit card transactions. Upon completion of your order, you will be contacted by email with comfirmation of price and mode of delivery. You will then receive a Paypal invoice for payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Roxy and Lulu ® will deliver orders to the address provided by the customer upon ordering. The cost and speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the mode of delivery, as well as product availability. Product delivery is subject to the corporate policies governing the delivery companies used by Roxy and Lulu ® which is currently UPS and Canada Post. Moreover, product delivery is subject to corporate policies governing other delivery companies used by Roxy and Lulu ® from time to time. Deliveries will also be subject to policies concerning the signature of waybills. If you are absent from the delivery location provided to Roxy and Lulu ®, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from the shipping company in accordance with that company's policies. *No delivery shall be made to a post office box.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Roxy and Lulu ® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Roxy and Lulu ® offers a 24-hour grace period (from the time the order is placed) in which to cancel an order.

RETURN POLICY
Roxy and Lulu ® stands behind all of its products and trusts you will be pleased with everything you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, contact us within 5 business days for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Please return the item(s) unused in its original packaging within 7 business days of receiving authorization. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the package and returned us. Please email us and we will kindly give you the address. Thank you.
Please note: Any packages without a valid RMA # will be refused and returned to sender. All returns must be accompanied by the original bill of sale. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges. Shipping charges for returned merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility as we do not charge a Restocking Fee.
The sole exceptions are our custom handmade Swarovski® Crystal Canine Collars. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds since every collar is custom made according to selected size and design. Please understand that every Crystal is individually hand set, and although we use an extremely strong bonding glue, these are fantasy collars designed for occasionional wear. Pets may scratch or rub off crystals in play, and with that in mind, a few replacement Swarovski ® Crystals are enclosed with every collar. We assure you the bonding glue used is extremely strong, and, should keep the custom crystal work intact. Thank you for your understanding. If you desire to purchase extra crystals, You can find them in the collar section within our website.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the order and we will work to correct the problem. Roxy and Lulu ® reserves the right to review the item(s) condition before replacements are sent. Please note that all shipping charges are at the purchaser's expense.

PRIVACY
Your Privcy is important to us and we do not share it with anyone. All personal information is kept confidental.
