At Roxy and Lulu we pay great attention to detail where each crystal
is individually hand set with care. Our collars fit every size

Pets may also scratch or rub off crystals in play, and with that in mind, a few replacement Swarovski ® Crystals are enclosed with every collar. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds since every order is custom made. However, we assure you the bonding glue used is extremely strong, and, should keep the custom crystal work intact.
